How much does permanent outdoor lighting cost in Omaha?

Premier (6-inch spacing) runs $6,570 to $11,010, about $183 to $306 a month. Closer spacing means a denser, smoother line of light. That works out to roughly $27 to $37 per linear foot of roofline on average; roof pitch, height and roofline complexity move the final number. Do you offer financing for permanent lighting?

Yes. We offer financing through Enhancify, which shops your application across a network of lenders so you can compare real offers instead of taking a single rate. The application takes about 60 seconds, starts with a soft credit pull, and 0% APR promotional plans are available to qualified buyers, with terms from 1 to 12 years and rates from 7.99% APR on longer plans. Most systems work out to roughly $138 to $306 a month on a 36-month 0% promotional plan, depending on the size of your home and the package you choose, subject to credit approval. Financing is a big part of why permanent lighting is worth comparing against paying someone to hang and remove seasonal lights every year, forever.

What warranty comes with JellyFish Lighting?

Eave and roofline lighting carries a 5-year parts warranty backed by JellyFish Lighting, which also covers the controller and power supply, plus a 1-year labor warranty covered by us as your installing dealer. Landscape and patio lighting carries a 3-year parts warranty and the same 1-year labor warranty. The warranty period starts when your system is completed, and there is no product registration to fill out. You also get unlimited phone support from us during business hours for the life of the warranty. A few honest limits worth knowing: the warranty does not cover damage from storms, power surges, misuse, or unauthorized repairs, and it does not cover your home Wi-Fi network. It also stays with you rather than transferring to a future owner if you sell the home.

Is there a lower-cost option for a smaller home?

Yes. JellyFish now makes a 12-volt version of the same Mark 5 eave light, and it is the most cost-effective choice for smaller rooflines, roughly 150 feet or less, such as a ranch, a villa, or a front-elevation-only install. It uses the same color-matched track, the same app, and the same 9-inch spacing as our Signature package, with a compact controller sized for smaller homes. Larger homes, 6-inch or 16-inch spacing, and full showcase installs still use the standard 48-volt system. Can you light a dock, boathouse or lake home?

Yes. Lake properties are some of our favorite projects. We light boathouse rooflines, dock edges and walkways, boat lifts and the home itself, all on one controller and one app, so the whole property runs the same schedule and colors. The track and fixtures are sealed and marine-rated, and we plan the runs around ice, spray and seasonal water levels. We work throughout the Omaha-area lake communities, including Ginger Cove, West Shores, Carter Lake, Bennington and Valley.
